At Peplum & Muse, we take great pride in every sleeve we design, print, and handcraft with care. Each creation undergoes meticulous quality control at every stage to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and aesthetic consistency.

Because every piece is entirely handmade, minor imperfections may naturally occur. These small variations are part of the authentic, artisanal character of our work and should not be considered defects.

Prior to dispatch, each sleeve is carefully inspected to confirm it is crafted to our standards.

If you believe that the sleeve you received has a significant issue or if it has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We kindly ask you to provide clear photographic evidence so that we can properly review the matter.

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the handcrafted sleeve
  • Or a partial refund

 

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis, with a focus on fairness and customer satisfaction. 💬
