Processing Time

All sleeves are made-to-order. Standard processing time is 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. During busy periods or for highly customized orders, additional time may be required.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from Greece via trusted courier services or national postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Greece: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 5–9 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal service disruptions, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Occasionally, promotional offers may include free shipping.

Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in their country. Peplum & Muse is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Shipping Issues

If your sleeve arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.

Depending on the case, we may:

  • Offer a replacement sleeve, or
  • Issue a partial or full refund

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
