2. Design & Approval
If it is necessary, we will create a custom design based on your input.
You’ll receive a preview for approval or feedback before we move forward.
If your design can become a Peplum & Muse website listing, the design will be free of charge.
If it is a completely custom design or something we are not interested to host, you will be charged €89,00 EUR (+ Applicable Taxes).

3. Crafting & Shipping
Once approved, we will handcraft your sleeve using the same high-quality materials and meticulous care as all our creations. After your creation is complete, it will be securely packaged and shipped to you.

How much does a custom sleeve cost?
Custom sleeves typically cost the same as our other sleeves, since all orders are custom made.
If you have a design ready to print and craft, you will need to place your order with this product, providing all required information. A small price difference you might notice covers the application of the design to our mold for printing, as well as a good check that everything comes out in the best possible way.
If we need to create a design by scratch for you, you will need to include this product as well. However, we suggest contacting us first. If the design can be listed on our website for sale, design will be free of charge! This will be specified in a per-case basis beforehand.
We will provide you with a full quote before starting the project.
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom sleeves usually require 7–14 business days for design and crafting after your approval.
During busy seasons or for highly detailed projects, production time may be slightly longer — but we will always keep you updated!
Can I request a custom size, finish, or special features?
Yes!
You can choose between 7-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch size, slip case or CD size, and we can adjust the spine thickness (0-10mm) to fit multiple records if needed. Printed inner sleeves can also be made.
We can also discuss brand new categories! If you have a unique idea, let’s talk about it!
When do I need to pay for my custom sleeve?
Full payment for custom designs is required beforehand.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has started.
If there’s any issue with the final result, please reach out — we are committed to finding a fair solution.
