At Peplum & Muse, every sleeve we create is the result of a fully customized, handmade service tailored to each individual order.
As such, returns and cancellations are not accepted, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged during shipping.
Because each sleeve is designed, printed, and handcrafted specifically for the client, we are unable to accept returns due to reasons such as change of mind, mistaken orders, or aesthetic preferences.
We appreciate your understanding of the unique and bespoke nature of our work.
If you encounter any issue such as significant defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We kindly request clear photographic evidence so we can properly assess the situation.
Depending on the case, we will offer:
- A replacement of the handcrafted sleeve, or
- A partial refund, if a replacement is not possible or preferred.
Our priority is always to address concerns promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive experience for all collectors who trust us with their order
